Miss South Africa 2020 will bring home a package of prizes and sponsorships worth in more than R3 million.

The prestigious finale is going to be hosted in Cape Town, at Sun International’s Table Bay hotel within the V&A Waterfront.

The winner will receive R1 million in cash from the Miss South Africa Organisation, also because of the use of a totally furnished and serviced apartment at luxurious Central Square with fabulous interior décor by Enza Home and a Mercedes Benz C200 Cabriolet for the year of her reign.

Prizes also include an American Swiss official crown sponsor, dental, and oral hygiene care from Cahi Dental. the first runner-up will bring home R250 000, the 2nd runner-up will get R100 000 and everyone 10 finalists will receive R25 000.

This year’s top 10 finalists are Aphelele Mbiyo, Busisiwe Mmotla, Chantelle Pretorius, Jordan van der Vyver, Karishma Ramdev, Lebogang Mahlangu, Melissa Nayimuli, Natasha Joubert, Shudufhadzo Musida, and Thato Mosehle.

For the primary time within the history of the Miss South Africa pageant, the highest three finalists (Miss South Africa 2020 and therefore the two runners-up) will represent the country at the world’s three most prestigious pageants – Miss Universe, Miss World, and Miss Supranational.

Miss South Africa 2020 is going to be crowned at The Table Bay hotel. “Sun International features a long association with the Miss South Africa Organisation. For 19 years, Sun International was the only license-holder of the pageant. In 2019 Weil Entertainment bought Miss South Africa from Sun International. We are extremely happy that they need to remain as an associate sponsor of Miss South Africa,” she said.
