Ifrane is an informed man and holds a BSc (Hons) Computing & BSc (computer engineering) from the University of Cape Town. aside from rapping, he’s also a television host for the SABC 3 Amah Knows Best.
Following his very emotional interview with Slikour where he discussed how his decision to quit rap and the way it had negatively affected him, his family, and baby mommas, he has dusted himself off and went back to the show business.
Amah Knows Best sees the rapper traveling all across China and trying out the various cuisines. It seems to be successful in Mzansi because it trends hebdomadally on Twitter.
The show is all about ancient generational recipes that are shared with Amah’s which are elderly people, over the years. Ifrane is going to be traveling and trying out these foods.
The media personality also wants to utilize all of his God-given talents to the simplest of his ability. He had announced earlier this month that he also will be releasing new music and has shared the artists he worked with which include Yanga Chief and hopefully Anatii. Fans can expect to listen to his 13 features on the radio also as 13 music videos which can be seen on TV.
When Ifrane quit the show business, he went back to working a 9 to five job as an engineer. When he was still pacing back and forth about whether or not he should revisit within the industry, he sat down with Slikour, and that they discussed the repercussions of his decision.
“I have disappointed tons of individuals, my entire family is disappointed in me. I even have disappointed my fans, I even have disappointed my baby mommas, I even have two now, they don’t want to ascertain me. and therefore the main thing they mention is ‘why aren’t you working? Why are you chilling reception? There I’m chilling reception, doing nothing.
“For that disappointment, I would like to mention I’m sorry. My career was alleged to blossom. Take Xhosa overseas, I had dreams but all of a sudden I said No,” he said.
