A week ago, Jub Jub made the announcement on national television that he is going to be remaking his hit song Ndikhokhele. These are his efforts to assist out the families whose children died from that tragic accident in 2010.
The news conference was hosted by his dear friend television personality Somizi Mhlonho-Motaung. The rapper announced that he would be releasing a remake of his hit record, Ndikhokhle. All the proceeds made up of the track will go towards all those families that were suffering from the tragic accident he caused back in 2010.
He had mentioned that he could help those families because his parole conditions restricted him from doing so.
In 2012, Jub Jub, real name Molemo Maarohanye and his friend were both sentenced to 25 years in jail for murder and other offenses. They killed 4 school children and injuring an extra two, leaving them dead. The rapper and his friend were drag racing under the influence of alcohol.
In 2014 their sentences were reduced from 25 years to 10 years and on January 5, 2017, they were both released on parole after serving over four years each.
Ndikholele is his biggest song so far. At the time of its release, it had been playing on every big station across South Africa. It even won him multiple awards. Now as he slowly worked his way into the hearts of the many together with his reality show Uyajola 9/9, he has also announced that he is going to be releasing an album within the near future.
