First, she experienced a 3.8 magnitude earthquake during lockdown while stuck in LA thousands of miles faraway from her family then she was dragged on Twitter for having a meltdown about her heartbreak. This was after an Instagram live clip of her reacting to an issue about her breakup with Maps Maponyane went viral. But our girl has bounced back harder than ever.

Word is Coming 2 America will now be released on March 5, 2021, on Amazon Prime.

This comes after Amazon Studios announced on Friday that it’s bought the rights to the movie from Paramount Pictures for a whopping $125 million. the primary Coming to America movie was released in 1988 and grossed quite $288 million worldwide.

According to IMDb, within the sequel Coming to 2 America Akeem (played by Eddie Murphy) finds out he features a long-lost son and returns to America to satisfy the unlikely heir to the throne of his native Zamunda. She took to Instagram to thank her parents as she reflected on her amazing journey: “I am the merchandise of the many wishes, hard work, and black women’s prayers. Grateful for the grace that has been bestowed upon my life. To my father who worked in a textile factory, you taught me the facility of chasing my dreams and the rewards that accompany that. To my mother who may be a teacher, you taught me tenacity and an entire lot of CHUTZPAH. Ngiyabonga SUTA nominate … life dealt you bad hands but you taught me to never accept something that I COULD change.”

Nomzamo officially moved to LA last year and upon landing her international role she permanently left her role on Isibaya, leaving many fans heartbroken. Isibaya has since been canceled.

She also recently came back home to SA where she did an incredible job because of the host of the Miss SA 2020 pageant, which was won by the gorgeous Shudu Musida.
