With 2020 reaching an end, people across the world are reflecting on the tumultuous, rollercoaster of a year we had.

In a post to round off the year, the Kwa Mam’Mkhize star penned a letter with some advice to fans about the longer term. She suggested that rather than watching the New Year as a replacement beginning, we should always continue on our paths of success: to form up for time lost.

“Without an end, there would be no new start. I await a clean slate as it’s been a year of numerous intense levels. regardless of how disappointing and painful this year has been for many folks, including myself, I even have personally learned such a lot more from it,” Sbahle wrote.

The ‘fitness bunny’ also had some lessons on love and friendship.

“Take a while to question the relationships you’ve got kept, the strength of your network, your hand reaches to several others without expecting a return, decoding the varied meanings of silence, love then far more, etc.

“2021 is for you to perfect what you lacked in 2020! It won’t be a simple adjustment but it’ll forever be worthwhile,” said Sbahle.

Sbahle often has words of wisdom for the TL.

After the star’s devastating car accident in 2018, she opened on Instagram about changing the way she lives.

She reminded her loyal fans that living without worrying has helped her become the social media icon we all know and love today.

“My accident has changed how I feel and live my life — fearlessly. the foremost rewarding things in life are often those that appear as if they can’t be done. Action will get you results, so never hold yourself back,” she said.
