This New Year’s Day Eve, Muvhango had a special guest and it had been non-other than the very energetic Makhadzi who set the stage ablaze. The performance was proudly organized by Muvhango’s Vhutshilo and as per their invite, everyone could take part in the fun virtually.

“I know I’ve been making headlines this year due to the drama with my former manager, but I’ll dust myself off and specialize in my music. I even have fans who support my music,” she told the publication

Makhadzi went on a Twitter rant blasting Rita Dee over unpaid royalties from her debut album Matorokisi, Rita then decided to hit Makhadzi with a defamation of character lawsuit.

Her performance on Muvhango had her topping the trends list, however, she also dominated on social media when she won Song Of The Year for her hit single Murahu on various radio stations nationwide. She also made history by being the sole artist to require the title for 2 years during a row. Last year she won Song Of The Year for Haka Matorikisi.
